Are you dog friendly?

Yes! All our rooms and our bars are dog friendly. When booking please let us know if there will be a dog as we don't allow dogs in the restaurant area between 7pm–9pm. Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly but people with severe dog allergies may choose to stay elsewhere. For hotel rooms with doggy guests there will be a £10 extra cleaning charge.

Do you have parking?

We have offsite parking (Grange Car Park, GU29 9HD). You can park out the front to drop any luggage. We recommend downloading the mipermit app for street parking.

Can you book taxis?

Taxis are difficult to get and we recommend booking ahead of your visit. For taxi numbers you can call us directly on 01730 859557.

I have dietary requirements — are you suitable?

Yes, most of our menu can be made gluten free, lactose free and we cater for vegetarians. Please note we have an extremely small kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee cross contamination of certain allergens. If you have any other dietary requirements we recommend calling ahead so that we can make sure all of your party are catered for.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 2pm, however we are happy to hold luggage for earlier check ins and if the room is ready earlier we are happy to allow early check ins with no extra cost. Check out is 11am. Late check outs may be possible depending on availability.

Is there late night hotel access for hotel guests?

Yes, there is 24 hour access for hotel guests, which will be shown to you on check in.

Where do you source your artwork?

All our artwork is for sale. We feature work from a wonderful selection of local artists — please ask a member of staff for details and links during your visit.

Do you have disabled access?

The Swan Inn Midhurst was built in 1460 and is a Grade II listed building and so we are unable to make changes to the building to make it accessible. We have steps at all entrances to the pub, no disabled toilet and steep steps to the rooms — please bear this in mind when booking.
